If you are unsure about any part of our delivery policy or have a specific deadline for your order to arrive please get in touch via the phone or email so we can help you with your order before you place it. If you wish alternative arrangements to be made then please contact us at your earliest opportunity after placing your order on our website. If the items on your order remain out of stock with the supplier then we will automatically refund you for the back-ordered items and dispatch the remaining items on your order using your chosen postage. If any of your items are on ‘back-order’ then we will attempt to order a resupply of the items twice (i.e. The majority of orders from our suppliers arrive on Thursday or Friday of the same week and we will aim to ship your order out to you within 24 hours of the supplier delivery arriving with us. If any of your ordered items are out of stock we will order them from our supplier at the earliest opportunity, this is usually on a Monday morning. If all your ordered items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 24 working hours of receiving your order and will send email confirmation to let you know when it has left us via your chosen postage method. Those items can be back-ordered and we will update you when we have the items in our warehouse ready to ship.
The items that do not show a stock status are items we can sell as a retailer for those manufacturers.
We do not hold a huge amount of stock but we do now operate a live stock system. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Glue and Paints. Supplied with 12 32mm Blood Bowl bases, a 1,000,000 GP roster and a Dark Elf transfer sheet. There are a host of extras in the kit – 2 turn markers, 2 double-sided score coins featuring a Dark Elves icon and 4 balls – 2 kraken eggs (with protruding tentacles) and 2 balls made from the hide of a Cold One, lacking pegs. The Linemen have 3 different designs of head. slightly less armoured, and can be modelled either with hands pointing imperiously toward their opponents – or clutching a still-beating heart. The team consists of 6 Linemen, 2 Blitzers, 2 Runners and 2 Witch Elves – each is clad in some pretty spikesome armour, with the hides of Cold Ones draped over their shoulders.
